We dispatch all orders within  1-2  business days. 

Returns on Full Priced Garments

Focus Boutique makes returns simple. For all full priced Items purchased from Focus Boutique, can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued into the same account that you paid with, but do not include the shipping price. 
*Exclusions may apply to items for hygiene purposes. This will be stated in the item description
                                             Return on Sale Items
Items temporarily discounted under a Flash Sale e.g. "25% off for 2 days only" are returnable for store credit only. 
  •            Permanently discounted (found in the Sale Category). Items over $100 can be returned for Store Credit. Returns at customers expense.

  • Permanently Discounted.   Items under $100 can not be returned unless faulty. These sales are final so please choose carefully.


Returns must adhere to the following conditions: Items you wish to return must arrive at the boutique within 14 days of the date you receive the order.
  1. Items must be returned as immaculately as they are sent out. The item must not be worn, washed, altered and any original swing tags and packaging must be intact.
  2. You will be required to enter a tracking number to submit your return. You are responsible for your returned items until the boutique receives them.
