The upper panel of the skirt is fitted and ruched (gathered) creating a flattering fit. The lower skirt section is loose, light and very comfortable. Pair with our matching Eden Tier Top, Aster Top. 
Please note: This skirt is fully lined so there will be a slight shade difference between the matching top and bottom as the top is not lined.
